[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a condition of booking. Submission by you of a booking is your acknowledgement that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n Reservations & Payments<\/strong><\/p>\n Reservation:<\/strong>\u00a0An initial deposit of 30% of tour cost is required to secure your reservation. Making Final Payments<\/strong><\/p>\n Final payments are due 21 days prior to trip, depending upon the program. Reservations may be put on a waitlist or cancelled by Travel Radar if payment is not received by the final payment due date. Should this occur, cancellation charges will apply. All prices are stated in Indian Rupee, per person, and based on double occupancy (twin sharing), unless otherwise noted.<\/p>\n Prices do not include charges for laundry service, telephone and Internet usage, wines, liquors, mineral waters, travel insurance, international flight tickets, India visa fees, tips, movie\/video camera fee at monuments, miscellaneous expenses, souvenirs or any other expenses which is not specified.<\/p>\n Other fees may be imposed by airlines which are the passenger\u2019s responsibility.<\/p>\n Making Changes<\/strong><\/p>\n Travel Radar understands if you need to change your plan. Most programs allow travel deviations that affect destination, departure date, program extensions, and the like. Note that tour plan can be changed; provided that requests are made in writing 21 days prior to the commencement of tour. Deviations are subject to anIndian Rupee 5,000 per-person non-refundable processing fees and all cancellation charges of train tickets, flight tickets and hotels shall also be included in Deviation Charges. No deviations can be made or processed within 21 days of commencement of tour. \u00a0If the change or cancellation is due to force majeure (i.e. circumstances like political unrest, war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, closure of airports or ports, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, epidemic or health risk, Acts of God, adverse weather conditions or other similar events beyond Travel Radar we will give a full refund of any monies paid to us less reasonable expenses incurred by us in respect of your booking. Travel Radar\u00a0 is not responsible for the cost of any other travel arrangements affected due to cancellation of tour.<\/p>\n Cancellation<\/strong>; If you need to cancel your reservation, please send us a mail at info@Travel Radar.com and contact a Travel Radar Customer Service Representative. To receive any refund, if applicable, that may be due will be processed within 35 days after our receipt of your written notice of cancellation.<\/p>\n Traveller substitutions are considered reservation cancellations and are subject to cancellation fees. We may also provide such personal information to third parties as is required to complete your booking.You authorise us to disclose your credit card details to, and obtain information from, any financial institution or credit card issuer to verify the credit card and identification details you have provided to us are accurate.You authorise us to take steps to confirm that there is sufficient credit on your credit card account to meet likely charges. Confirmation of booking will not be\u00a0issued until authorisation has been obtained from the relevant card company. You authorise us to charge all fees incurred to the credit card designated by you. If payment is not received for any reason, you agree to pay us all amounts due on demand. Confirmed bookings are subject to your credit card approval for the transaction. If the credit card is not approved, we will attempt to contact you but Travel Radar is not responsible for any subsequent non-provision of services in the event we are unable to establish contact with you.<\/p>\n Passport & Visa:<\/strong>\u00a0Clients must ensure that they allow adequate time to obtain their relevant passport and visa requirements. All foreign tourists visiting India must be in possession of a valid passport and visa. The passport must be valid for a period of 6 months minimum at the time of entry to India. Visa can be obtained from Indian Consulates \/ Embassies in the country of your origin. There are also certain parts of India that require a special permit to visit. This will be advised to you at the time of booking the tour. Visa fees may vary from country to country. It is recommended to obtain a multiple Entry Tourist Visa since this simplifies the procedure for visiting neighbouring countries like Nepal and Sri Lanka. Indians holding foreign passports would also have to obtain an Indian Visa before entering India.<\/p>\n Health\/Vaccinations:<\/strong>It is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of any health requirements for your travel destination and to ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation. Tourists coming to India via Africa and South America or any other yellow fever infected area must have yellow fever vaccination certificate. No other vaccination certificate is mandatory though you may like to consult your own doctor for professional advice prior to departure. Inoculations for cholera and hepatitis A and anti-malarial pills are recommended.<\/p>\n Travel Insurance:<\/strong>It is highly recommended that clients take out suitable travel insurance. Clients are wholly responsible for arranging their own insurance. A suitable insurance policy should provide adequate cover for medical expenses arising through illness or accident prior to or during the holiday and loss of holiday monies through cancellation and curtailment of the holiday for insurable reasons. Clients should ensure that there are no exclusion clauses limiting protection for the type of activities in their tour.<\/p>\n Agent Responsibilities:<\/strong>It is the travel agents\u2019 responsibility to ensure that all invoice and itinerary details and documentation issued by Travel Radar are correct and that the customer is aware of amendment and cancellation conditions and other clauses in these Booking Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n Law of Contract:<\/strong>This contract is governed by the laws of the state of New Delhi and any legal action arising therefrom shall be litigated only in the appropriate court in that state having jurisdiction in that claim.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Single Travellers\u00a0<\/strong>:Single travellers on group tours may avoid paying the Single Room Option by opting to travel on a \u2018willing to share\u2019 basis. Travel Radar will endeavour to match a single traveller with another suitable single traveller. In the event that we are unable to confirm a share partner, Travel Radar will confirm a single room at all hotel accommodation and waive the Single Room Option. Single option fees are applicable for any rail or cruise components and cannot be waivered.<\/p>\n Consular Advice:<\/strong>We recommend that you review information provided by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade prior to making your booking by calling 1300 555 135 or by visiting their website www.dfat.gov.au for the latest information. We strongly recommend that you familiarise yourself with the latest Government Consular advice and information.<\/p>\n Responsibilities & Liability:\u00a0<\/strong>The responsibility of Travel Radar, its affiliated companies, officers\/directors, employees, sponsoring organizations, and agents is strictly limited. As a tour operator, Travel Radar organizes, promotes and sells tour programs consisting of certain travel services, including sightseeing excursions, and hotel accommodations, that Travel Radar purchases or reserves from various suppliers (collectively, “Suppliers”). Travel Radar does not own or operate any of these Suppliers. The Suppliers providing travel services for Travel Radar tour programs are independent contractors, and are not agents or employees of Travel Radar. As such, Travel Radar is not responsible for direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damage, injury, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity of any kind occasioned by reason of any act or omission beyond its control, including, without limitation, any negligent or wilful act or failure to act of, or breach of contract by, any Supplier or any other third party. We strongly urge all customers to undertake a high level of personal responsibility in order to ensure that possessions, equipment and personal documents are closely monitored and protected at all times. Some tours include visits to shops and merchants. Travel Radar is not responsible for any purchases you make during your trip, whether or not that merchant is part of the scheduled itinerary. By utilizing the travel services of the Suppliers, you agree that you will look only to such Suppliers in respect of any accident, injury, property damage, or personal loss to you or to those traveling with you, and that neither Travel Radar\u00a0 nor any representative of Travel Radar\u00a0 shall be liable.<\/p>\n Without limiting the foregoing, Travel Radar is not responsible for any losses or expenses due to delays or changes in schedules, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, defaults by any third parties, including Suppliers, mechanical or other failure of trains or other means of transportation, or the failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time. Travel Radar\u00a0 is not responsible for acts of God or force major events, sanitation problems, lack of medical care, sickness, weather conditions, strikes and other labor activities, acts of terrorism, acts of war (declared or undeclared), quarantines, embargoes, blockades, criminal activities or any other act or event beyond the direct control of Travel Radar.<\/p>\n Travel Radar assumes no financial responsibility for any cancellations or delays resulting from invalid passports, visas, or other travel document requirements, or for ticket or other travel documents that do not reflect your name exactly as it appears on your passport. Travel Radar reserves the right to change the itinerary of the tour without prior notice. If the tour is cancelled by Travel Radar for any reason, Travel Radar shall have no liability beyond the prompt refund of all tour participants\u2019 payments received by it.<\/p>\n Procedures for Lodging Complaints or Claims: <\/strong>At Travel Radar we are committed to ensuring that we deal with complaints effectively and efficiently. Should the customer not be satisfied with any aspect of their arrangements they must immediately inform the National Escort or local guide who will endeavour to resolve the issue at the time. If this is not possible and you wish to lodge a complaint or claim this must be done in writing to Travel Radar in New Delhi within 30 days of the date of the completion of your Travel Radar arrangements. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n PRIVACY POLICY\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n We at Travel Radar respects your privacy and recognizes the need to protect the personal information by which you can be identified, such as name, address, contact number you share with us. We would like to assure you that we follow appropriate standards when it comes to protecting your privacy on our websites.<\/p>\n There are times when we may collect personal information from you such as contact number and address. Travel Radar will not sell, trade or disclose to third parties any information derived from the registration, or use of, any online service including name and address without the consent of the user or customer (except as required by search warrant, subpoena, or other legal process or in the case of imminent physical harm to the user or other. Travel Radar will allow the suppliers to access the information for purpose of confirming your registration and providing you with benefits you are entitled to.<\/p>\n Travel Radar will take steps to protect the information you share with us. If our privacy policy changes in the future, it will be posted here and a new effective date will be shown. You should access our privacy policy regularly to ensure you understand our current policies.<\/p>\n
\nFinal Payment:<\/strong>\u00a0The balance of the payment as per your selected tour is required 21 days prior to commencement of tour or as per agreed at the time of confirmation of the tour.<\/p>\n\n
