DAY 01

ARRIVAL JAIPUR AIRPORT / STATION

Pick up from Jaipur train station /airport/bus station. Transfer and check in to the hotel. Afternoon enjoys half day sightseeing of Pink city-Jaipur. The foundation of the new city Jaipur was laid on 18th November 1727, 11 km from old city by the Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, after whom the city is named Jaipur. The King was an aficionado of science and Mathematics, Jaipur was planned based on the principles of Vastu Shastra, the traditional Indian system of architecture and Shilpa Shastra the traditional system of art and craft, which made city the first planned city of North India. Visit Govind Dev Ji temple and Laxmi Narayan Temple. The evening is free for an optional visit to Choki Dhani an ethnic village resort (Entrance ticket cost will be paid by guest). One can enjoy activities at the resort like Camel ride, Puppet show, Snake charmers, cultural folk dances of Rajasthan and Traditional Rajasthani Dinner. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
DAY 02

COMPLETE JAIPUR CITY TOUR

After breakfast drive to Amer fort 11 km outside of Jaipur the former medieval capital, built by Raja Man Singh and visit 420-year-old Amber Fort. Amber fort depicts the true royal lifestyle of the Rajputs. Inside the fort you will see marble palaces, mosaics, paintings, mirror palace, carvings, mural walls, engravings and Zenana Mahal. After visiting Amber fort return to the Jaipur city en route take a photo stop at Jal Mahal (Water Palace), is a five-story-high palace located in the middle of Man Sagar Lake. The four-floor stay under the water it is only the fifth floor which is visible. Your next visit is the glorious City palace. Inside the city palace see the peacock gate, art gallery and exhibits of royal costumes and medieval Indian armaments, exclusive collection of regal costumes, Diwan-I-Khas (Hall of private audience) and everyone’s favourite the biggest silver object on earth; these are two mammoth silver vessels 1.6 m tall. It is made up of some 14 most important geometric devices which track the location of stars, measure time, predict eclipses, as well as earth’s orbit around the sun. DAY 03

JAIPUR TO JODHPUR (340 KMS / APPX 6 HRS DRIVE)

After breakfast drive to Jodhpur Founded in 1459 by Roa Jodha, a Rajput chief of the Kingdom of Marwar. It is also referred to as the Blue city due to the vivid blue painted house. With the majestic Mehrangarh Fort, towering over opulent palaces, colorful bazaars, and the sand of the Thar Desert. Jodhpur is the second largest city in Rajasthan after Jaipur. A trade town of the 16th century is now one of the most popular tourist destinations. Upon arrival check in at your hotel. Later enjoy local sightseeing of Jodhpur visit 550 years old Mehrangarh fort, still stands proudly on a 125 m long hill is an architectural marvel. It spreads over an area of around 5 km. Umaid Bhawan Palace: It is one of the world’s largest private residences. This beautiful palace was built by Maharaja Umaid Singh to provide employment to his people during a long drawn famine in the early 20th century. The evening will be at your leisure. DAY 04

JODHPUR - RANAKPUR - UDAIPUR (250 KMS / 4 HRS 30 MINS DRIVE)

After breakfast drive to City of lakes Udaipur. Enroute visit Ranakpur temples. In this 15th century Ranakpur temple, you will see amazing carvings that will captivate you. Included are scenes of the daily life of the ancient householder, jaw dropping carvings and several other fantastic creations. The extremely detailed designs are evidence that the monks were committed and devoted to the cause. Imagine 1444 pillars that fortify 29 separate halls inside the temple and all having totally different themes and designs, no two of them being the same and what’s even more surreal is that they were all hand carved. Upon arrival in Udaipur check in at your hotel. In the Evening one can experience a very famous cultural dance show at Bagore ki Haveli (own expense). Overnight stay in Udaipur.
DAY 05

UDAIPUR CITY TOUR

After breakfast today you visit the biggest palace of Rajasthan City palace complex, sits on a hill that gives a fantastic view of Lake Pichola Overnight stays in Udaipur. Further, you will also visit Jagdish temple and the “Garden of Maids” also called Saheliyon ki Bari which is located near Fateh Sagar Lake in Udaipur. Optional activity: In the evening one can enjoy the boat ride at sunset at Lake Pichola (Own Expense)

DEPARTURE TRANSFER

After breakfast departure to the train station / airport for onwards Journey.
